The Fashion Entrepreneur Fund, an initiative by FEF India Fashion Awards, operates as a Venture Studio supporting emerging fashion talent through strategic funding and mentorship. Founded by Sanjay Nigam in June 2021, FEF bridges the gap between fashion innovation and financial empowerment, positioning itself as a unique platform that merges fashion with funding.
About the Internship:
FEF is currently inviting applications for the role of Legal Intern to join its in-house legal team. This opportunity offers hands-on experience across key legal functions, including research, contract drafting, and case assistance. Interns will gain real-time exposure to legal operations in a creative, fast-paced environment, working directly with seasoned legal professionals.
Eligibility Criteria:

Must be currently pursuing or have completed a law degree (LLB or JD) from a recognized institution.

Strong academic background and a keen interest in law.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Capability to manage tasks independently.

Prior legal experience or familiarity with contract drafting will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and proofreading a range of legal documents including service agreements, MoUs, and legal notices.

Assisting in the preparation and organization of materials for hearings or trials.

Attending meetings, hearings, and client consultations as necessary.

Providing administrative support, including document management and schedule coordination.

Liaising with external counsel when required.

Supporting various other legal and compliance-related tasks.
