About the Job
SK Finance Ltd. is looking for a young, dynamic legal professional with a strong background in legal recovery. The role involves handling NPA/write-off recovery through arbitration, the NI Act, consumer forums, filing recovery suits, and cases against companies, among other legal recovery matters.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: At least 1-3 years in Legal Recovery
Preferred Candidates:
Immediate joiners and candidates based locally
Familiarity with arbitration, NI Act, consumer forums, and legal recovery processes
