About the Opportunity
The firm is currently looking for dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced lawyers with a proven track record in M&A and PE/VC transactions. The role offers hands-on exposure to domestic and cross-border deals, involving clients ranging from startups to large corporations and investment funds.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents (SPAs, SHAs, JVAs, etc.)
Managing legal due diligence processes
Advising on regulatory frameworks including the Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI regulations
End-to-end client handling and deal management – from structuring to closure
Eligibility Criteria
3–7 years of relevant experience in a law firm with direct exposure to M&A/PE transactions
Strong command over legal drafting and research
Excellent communication and client management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment
