About the Legal Aid Educational Fair

The Legal Aid Educational Fair is a dynamic event hosted by the Legal Aid Society (BSOL) that aims to bridge the gap between legal education and real-world advocacy. The event brings together various competitions designed to challenge and nurture the legal intellect, creativity, and civic responsibility of students. These competitions include:

  • Mock Trial Competition

  • Legal Aid Simulation Camp

  • Judgment Writing

  • Street Play


Competitions and Eligibility

1. Mock Trial Competition

  • Registration Fee: ₹500

  • Eligibility: Open to students enrolled in a full-time 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated LL.B. program from an institution recognized by the Bar Council of India.

2. Legal Aid Simulation Camp

  • Registration Fee: ₹600

  • Eligibility: Open to students enrolled in a full-time 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated LL.B. program from an institution recognized by the Bar Council of India.

3. Judgment Writing Competition

  • Registration Fee: ₹250 per person

  • Eligibility: Open to students enrolled in a full-time 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated LL.B. program from an institution recognized by the Bar Council of India.

4. Street Play Competition

  • Registration Fee: ₹800

  • Eligibility: Open to students pursuing any undergraduate course from any institution/university/college.


Prizes

  • Winner and Runner-up: Trophy and Certificate of Excellence

  • Participant: Certificate of Appreciation
