Job Description
OYO is seeking a Legal Contract Manager with 4–7 years of experience in:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, especially:
- Lease agreements
- Service contracts
- Licensing arrangements
- Managing the entire contract lifecycle
- Ensuring contract compliance with legal norms and internal policies
- Collaborating with business and legal teams to manage risk
Eligibility Criteria
- Law degree from a recognized institution
- 4–7 years of hands-on legal experience with a focus on commercial contracts
- Strong grasp of contract law, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
- Hospitality sector experience is a plus
- Must be able to translate legal language into actionable business insights
