Eligibility Criteria
- 5-year integrated law degree from a recognized Indian university
- Prior experience with a reputable law firm is mandatory
- Post-qualification experience (PQE) of 1–3 years in relevant legal fields
- Strong understanding of Indian corporate laws, regulations, and SEBI guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate term sheets and transaction documents related to private equity investments, M&A, and other corporate transactions
- Assist in legal due diligence processes for investments, acquisitions, and other corporate actions
- Provide legal advisory services on corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Conduct detailed legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and provide actionable recommendations for risk mitigation
- Collaborate with finance, compliance, and secretarial teams to ensure legal issues are efficiently addressed and risks are managed proactively
