About the Faculty Development Programme (FDP)
In today’s evolving academic landscape, higher education institutions must transition from conventional content delivery to a robust Outcome-Based Education (OBE) model. This approach emphasizes skill-oriented, measurable learning outcomes and continuous quality improvement, supporting a learner-centric paradigm backed by innovative pedagogical strategies and comprehensive assessment tools.

In response to the growing demand for effective OBE implementation, VIT-AP is organizing a five-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) tailored for academicians from disciplines such as Law, Social Sciences, Engineering, and Management Studies. This FDP aims to enhance participants’ understanding of curriculum design, assessment strategies, and pedagogical innovations, in alignment with both national (NAAC, NBA) and international accreditation standards.

Certification Requirements
Participants will receive E-Certificates upon fulfilling the following:

Minimum 90% attendance throughout the program
Successful completion of the online assessment
Timely submission of daily and final feedback forms
