Job Opportunity: Associate Advocates – GS Law Attorney (New Delhi)
About the Firm
GS Law Attorney is a New Delhi-based law firm specializing in Criminal Law, PMLA, Enforcement Directorate (ED) matters, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, Consumer Law, and Insurance Law. The firm is currently looking to hire three dedicated Associates to join its dynamic legal team.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (3-year or 5-year in-person course from a recognized university).
- Experience:
- Registered lawyers with relevant litigation experience.
- Fresh graduates with strong internship backgrounds may also apply.
- At least one Associate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Criminal Trial practice.
- Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, research, negotiation, and time management abilities.
- Capable of handling multiple legal projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and thorough understanding of litigation processes.
Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be expected to:
- Draft, vet, and review legal documents including petitions, agreements, MoUs, appeals, and litigation-related filings.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Conduct detailed legal research and provide case-based support.
- Represent clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
- Prepare and manage documents such as:
- Notices of Opposition
- Counter Statements
- Evidence under Rules 45, 46, and 47
- Cease and Desist Notices and their replies
- Deeds of Assignment
- Rectification Notices
Salary
- As per industry standards, commensurate with experience and skills.
Location
- New Delhi, full-time position.
