About the Role: Learning Manager (Corporate Vertical)

We are hiring a Learning Manager for our Corporate Law vertical. This fully remote position offers a unique opportunity to positively impact thousands of learners by shaping the future of legal education.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Host and manage online Zoom classes and class schedules
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and class recordings
  • Ensure high learner engagement and class participation
  • Teach subjects in which you hold practical corporate law experience
  • Design learning materials: reading modules, assignments, MCQs, recorded lectures
  • Evaluate learner submissions and provide individualized feedback
  • Organize and host webinars and interactive sessions
  • Communicate with learners via email, WhatsApp, and phone
  • Coordinate with other legal professionals and course creators

Note: The role includes significant administrative and operations work, in addition to teaching.


Eligibility and Required Skills

  • A Law Degree or CS qualification is mandatory
  • 3–10 years of corporate law experience (in law firms, as in-house counsel, or CS roles)
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage diverse responsibilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured, and remote team environment

Work Hours and Environment

  • 8 hours/day on full working days, 4 hours on half-days
  • Mondays are off, Sundays are half-days for the Learning Team
  • Work remotely with a structured routine and measurable performance goals

Salary

₹6.3 – ₹8.7 LPA, based on experience and performance
