About the Job
Rah Legal is hiring an experienced IP Attorney for its Mumbai (Ghatkopar) office. The role focuses on Trademark, Copyright, and Industrial Design law.
Eligibility Criteria
- LLB from a recognized university
- Eligible to practice law in India
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Intellectual Property (IP) law
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, verifying, and finalizing assignments related to Trademarks, Copyrights, and Industrial Designs
- Preparing legal documents such as:
- Notices of Opposition
- Counter Statements
- Evidence under Rules 45, 46, and 47
- Cease and Desist Notices & Replies
- Deeds of Assignment & Rectification Notices
- Assisting in IP-related lawsuits before tribunals and courts
- Representing clients before IP statutory bodies and courts
- Providing legal advice on intellectual property matters
