Eligibility Criteria:
- Law Degree (LL.B.) – From a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
- Experience: Registered lawyers with relevant legal experience or fresh graduates with strong internship experience may apply.
- Strong Legal Skills:
- Proficiency in drafting, legal research, and litigation strategy.
- Strong verbal & written communication.
- Time management & multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in handling legal documents and working on a laptop.
- Preferred Expertise:
- Civil & Commercial Litigation
- Banking & Financial Laws (IBC, SARFAESI Act)
- Arbitration & Conciliation
- Criminal Matters
Responsibilities:
- Drafting legal pleadings and appearing before various courts and tribunals.
- Advising clients on legal issues and drafting & vetting agreements.
- Handling commercial and civil matters in a fast-paced legal environment.
