About the Competition

The 2nd National MoA & AoA and Contract Drafting Competition, 2025, is organized by the Corporate Law Committee of the School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus. It serves as a platform for law students across the country to showcase their drafting skills in preparing Memoranda and Articles of Association (MoA & AoA)—essential documents for corporate governance.

Registration Fees

MoA & AoA Drafting Competition:
- ₹500 for individual participation
- ₹600 for team participation (max. 2 members)
Contract Drafting Competition:
- ₹500 for individual participation
- ₹600 for team participation (max. 2 members)
Workshop Only: ₹300

Runner-up: ₹4,000 + Certificate of Appreciation

Contract Drafting Competition:
