About the Opportunity
Anand and Anand is looking to hire a skilled Trademark Attorney to join its leading Intellectual Property (IP) law practice.
Eligibility
- 3–7 years of experience in trademark law
- Hands-on experience in trademark prosecution, opposition proceedings, and enforcement
- Experience in managing trademark portfolios for domestic and international clients
- Expertise in conducting searches, providing clearance opinions, filing applications and responses
- Strong understanding of trademark laws and procedures
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
