SEP Workshop CSRIPR 17TH April
The DPIIT – IPR Chair CSRIPR at NUSRL Ranchi is set to host a ‘National Workshop on Standard Essential Patents (SEPs)’ on April 17, 2025.
We invite submissions for papers addressing the following themes:
- Fundamentals of SEPs and Their Role in Standardization
- SEP Licensing & FRAND Commitments
- Legal and Judicial Landscape of SEP Enforcement
- Intersection of Competition Law and SEPs
- Impact of SEPs on Startups, SMEs, and Industry Growth
- Government Policies & Regulatory Developments on SEPs
Submission Guidelines
- Full Paper Submission: Interested participants must submit a full paper, including an abstract of 300–500 words, along with five keywords related to their research. The paper should range between 4000–6000 words (excluding footnotes).
- Formatting: Submissions must follow the Bluebook 21st Edition for citations, be in Times New Roman, 12-point font size, and 1.5 line spacing. Footnotes should be in 10-point font size.
- Plagiarism Policy: Papers must be original and unpublished. Submissions found to have more than 10% plagiarism will be rejected.
- AI Policy: Papers must be original and unpublished. Submissions found to have more than 10% AI will be rejected.
