About the Opportunity
Vaish Associates Advocates is hiring for the position of Associate – General Corporate.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drafting legal opinions on:
- Companies Act
- FEMA
- SEBI
- Labour laws
- Conducting legal due diligence and preparing red flag reports.
- Drafting and reviewing agreements, including:
- Share Purchase Agreements
- Share Subscription Agreements
- Shareholders Agreements
- Business Transfer Agreements
- Asset Purchase Agreements
- Joint Venture Agreements
- Employment Contracts
- Independent Consultant Contracts
- Distributorship Agreements
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
- Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduate (LL.B.).
- Preferred Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary (CS).
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in relevant fields.
