About the Job
Protium is seeking a legal professional to oversee the business legal (mortgage) aspects in the East Zone.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Registered lawyers with relevant legal experience or fresh graduates with prior internship experience.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
- Minimum 2-3 years of legal experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong communication, research, and writing skills.
- Drafting, briefing, and handling cases with minimal supervision.
- Drafting and reviewing petitions, agreements, MoUs, appeals, and related documents.
- Legal research, client consultation, and preparation of legal documents.
- Litigation support for matters involving Civil and Arbitration laws.
Salary
As per industry standards.
Location
Kolkata (to oversee the East Zone).
