About the National Conference
With the rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI), its influence on the legal field has become increasingly significant. AI is transforming access to justice, legal services, and judicial decision-making while also presenting challenges in areas such as data privacy, algorithmic bias, and accountability.
To address these issues, the School of Law & Justice, Adamas University, is hosting a National Conference on “Access to Justice and Legal Rights in the Age of AI” on April 5, 2025. The conference will bring together academicians, legal practitioners, policymakers, researchers, and industry experts to explore the opportunities and challenges AI presents in the legal domain. Discussions will focus on how AI can enhance or hinder access to justice and the protection of legal rights in contemporary society.

Submission Guidelines
1. Abstract Submission
- The abstract must not exceed 300 words and should clearly define:
- Research Problem: The issue being addressed.
- Objectives: The study’s purpose and goals.
- Methodology: The research approach and techniques used.
- Key Findings: A summary of the study’s results or conclusions.
- Abstracts should be submitted in Microsoft Word or PDF format via the designated submission platform.
2. Full Paper Submission
- Papers must be between 4,000 and 6,000 words, including references and footnotes.
- Formatting Guidelines:
- Font: Times New Roman, size 12.
- Line Spacing: 1.5.
- Margins: 1-inch on all sides.
- Alignment: Left-aligned text.
- Headings: Bold and properly formatted.
- Page Numbers: Bottom-center of each page.
- Citation Style: Bluebook 21st Edition.
3. Co-Authorship
- A maximum of two authors per paper is permitted.
- Co-authors must contribute significantly and be listed in order of contribution.
4. Plagiarism Policy
- All submissions must be original and unpublished.
- Papers will be checked using plagiarism detection tools like Turnitin.
- Submissions with more than 10% plagiarism will be rejected.
- Proper citations must be provided to avoid self-plagiarism and uncredited use of external sources.
