- Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in Legal roles within Government, Semi-Government, large business houses, companies, or corporations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Assistant Director (Legal) in enforcement and legal actions against warehouses, repositories, inspection agencies, and other market participants.
- Handle litigation and legal cases involving WDRA (Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority).
- Manage legal documentation, compliance, and advisory work.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the competent authority.
