Job Opportunity: Legal Associate at Brookfield Properties
Brookfield Properties is hiring a Legal Associate for its Gurugram office. This role is open to fresh law graduates and legal professionals with up to two years of experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Registered lawyers with relevant legal experience or fresh graduates with prior internship experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from a three-year or five-year in-person program.
- Zero to two years of experience in the legal field.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on business operations and regulatory requirements.
- Draft and review petitions, agreements, MoUs, appeals, and related documents.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, SEBI, employment, and other applicable laws.
- Provide legal advisory support for new and existing laws affecting the company.
- Work closely with clients, conduct legal analysis, and represent them in legal forums.
- Handle negotiations from the LOI stage to execution and registration of lease/license deeds.
- Assist in dispute resolution and corporate legal matters.
