Shraff Legal, Advocate, is expanding its team and is looking for associates to join its growing practice.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Law graduates (3-year or 5-year in-person program) with relevant legal experience or prior internship exposure.
- Strong drafting skills in contract management, agreements, MoUs, and title search reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft petitions, agreements, MoUs, and appeals.
- Work independently on legal documentation, case briefings, and client interactions.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings and provide legal counsel.
Location: Kolkata
