About the Role
The DLSA, Guna is inviting applications for the post of Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Minimum 10 years of practice in Criminal Law.
✔ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
✔ Strong understanding of Criminal Law and ethical duties of a defense counsel.
✔ Leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to manage an office.
✔ Must have handled at least 30 criminal trials in Sessions Courts (relaxable in appropriate cases).
✔ Basic knowledge of computers is preferable.
