We are currently seeking two enthusiastic Associates to join our firm and contribute to our diverse legal practice.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Registered lawyers with relevant experience OR fresh law graduates with prior internship experience.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
- Fluency in English and familiarity with litigation is essential.
- 0-2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong communication, research, and writing skills.
- Ability to draft, brief, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Draft and review:
- Petitions, agreements, MoUs, appeals, and legal notices
- Contracts and arbitration-related documents
- Conduct legal research on:
- Arbitration, banking regulations, and financial laws
- Assist in preparing case opinions and legal strategies.
- Support in arbitration proceedings, including drafting pleadings and submissions.
- Work closely with clients, providing legal consultation and representation in various forums.
