About the Job
Svarniti Law Offices is hiring Associates with 1-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (3-year or 5-year in-person program)
Registered lawyers with relevant legal experience (Fresh graduates with prior internships may also apply)
Strong litigation skills & fluency in English
Excellent verbal & written communication, research, negotiation, and time management skills
Responsibilities
Legal Research & Drafting – Draft and review petitions, agreements, MoUs, appeals, and related legal documents
Court Appearances – Represent clients in various legal forums
Client Handling – Work closely with clients and provide legal advisory
Independent Work – Must be able to handle cases with minimal supervision
