Job Opportunity: Senior Associate – Litigation at DMI Finance Pvt. Ltd.
DMI Finance Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Associate (Litigation) with 8+ years of PQE to join its New Delhi office.
Eligibility:
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Registered lawyer with relevant litigation experience, capable of handling cases independently.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in litigation.
- Experience in handling Consumer Cases, Recovery Matters (NCLT, RERA), Arbitration Proceedings, Sec 138 NI Act, Sec 25 PASA Act, and Civil & Criminal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, briefing, and reviewing petitions, agreements, MoUs, appeals, and related legal documents.
- Representing clients in litigation matters with minimal supervision.
- Advising clients on Criminal and Civil Litigation, Arbitration, Matrimonial Law, and Tax Law.
- Conducting legal research and providing strategic counsel.
