Job Opportunity: Associate Advocate at Piyush Kumar & Associates
Piyush Kumar & Associates, a full-service law firm with over 20 years of expertise in Customs, Excise, Service Tax, and IPR matters, is looking for a full-time Associate Advocate to join its New Delhi office.
Eligibility:
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Registered lawyers with relevant experience or fresh graduates with prior internship experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
- Fluency in English and a strong grasp of litigation practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research, drafting, and briefing with minimal supervision.
- Draft and review petitions, agreements, MoUs, appeals, and other legal documents.
- Collaborate with clients, prepare legal documents, and represent them in various forums.
- Handle litigation matters related to Customs, Excise, Service Tax, and IPR.
