Eligibility Criteria
2-3 years of experience in corporate law (Fresh law graduates with prior internship experience may also apply).
LL.B. degree from a recognized 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
Strong verbal & written communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency.
Must be fluent in English and well-versed in corporate litigation procedures.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Corporate Law Advisory – Drafting, vetting, and negotiating commercial contracts, agreements, and regulatory documents.
✔ Legal Research & Drafting – Prepare case briefs, petitions, and compliance reports.
✔ Contract Management – Review, negotiate, and finalize customer contracts, license agreements, and third-party agreements.
✔ Regulatory Compliance – Analyze and interpret local laws to ensure corporate compliance.
✔ Litigation Exposure – Drafting and appearing before courts, including Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Tribunals, and District Courts.
