Eligibility
- 1-2 years of experience in intellectual property law, particularly in:
- Trademark prosecution
- Oppositions
- Pre-litigation enforcement work
- Strong legal skills and understanding of trademark & copyright laws
- Ability to think creatively, manage multiple client matters, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
- Work with top-tier clients across various industries
- Handle trademark prosecution, oppositions, and enforcement matters
- Draft legal opinions, manage filings, and advise clients on IP strategy
