Uppal & Associates, a litigation-focused law firm, is hiring Associates (1-2 years of experience). The firm primarily handles commercial and civil litigation before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, Supreme Court, and various Tribunals.
Eligibility Criteria
✔️ Law degree (LL.B.) from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
✔️ 1-2 years of litigation experience or fresh graduates with prior internship experience.
✔️ Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting & Litigation: Preparing legal pleadings, agreements, and advisory documents.
- Court Appearances: Representing clients before Delhi High Court, District Courts, Supreme Court, and Tribunals.
- Legal Research & Advisory: Conducting in-depth research on civil and criminal laws.
- Client Consultation: Providing legal opinions and strategic advice.
- Tech Proficiency: Handling legal documentation and casework using digital tools.
