Eligibility Criteria
✔️ Law degree (LL.B.) from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
✔️ 1-2 years of experience (fresh graduates with relevant internships can apply).
✔️ Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
✔️ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
✔️ Fluent in English & well-versed in litigation.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Drafting & Research: Drafting, vetting, and negotiating commercial contracts & agreements.
Contract Management: Review, negotiate, and finalize customer contracts, license agreements, and third-party agreements.
Compliance & Legal Analysis: Interpret local laws & regulations, ensuring legal compliance.
Government Research: Stay updated on statutory & regulatory developments.
Minimal Supervision: Work independently on legal matters.
