Kunal Sabharwal is looking to hire Retainer(s) for its office in Delhi.
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, negotiation, and time management skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
✔ Registered lawyers with relevant legal experience OR fresh law graduates with prior internship experience.
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
✔ 3+ to 5+ years of experience in litigation and arbitration.
✔ Proficiency in legal drafting and research.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting legal pleadings and appearing before Courts and Tribunals.
Drafting and reviewing agreements, advising clients on diverse legal matters.
Primary focus on Civil and Commercial Laws.
Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced legal environment.
Handling legal documentation with proficiency in digital tools.
Salary: As per industry standards
