About the Internship
The office of Maj Kavish Aggarwala, Ex-JAG Officer, Indian Army, and Advocate, Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications for a one-month internship opportunity. This internship offers law students an immersive experience in legal research, drafting, and case analysis, providing valuable exposure to Supreme Court litigation and policy advocacy.
Eligibility Criteria
✔️ Law students currently in 3rd year or beyond of a 5-year integrated law course.
✔️ Excellent research and analytical skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
✔️ Strong communication, organizational, and research skills.
✔️ Ability to analyze legal topics and provide comprehensive insights.
Intern Responsibilities
Legal Research & Drafting
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft representations for policy and legal reforms.
- Assist in legal analysis, case law research, and preparation of case summaries.
- Draft legal documents and refine legal content with precision.
Content & Case Work
- Create, refine, and contribute to legal content on various topics.
- Work closely with the legal team to assist in drafting and reviewing agreements.
- Provide administrative and research support for ongoing legal projects.
Internship Details
Location: 209, C. K. Daphtary Lawyers Chamber, Supreme Court of India, New Delhi.
Duration: 1 month.
