The MUJ Law Blog is a dedicated platform for analyzing and discussing constitutional law in India. The blog explores:
- The evolution of constitutional principles over time.
- The Supreme Court’s interpretation of constitutional provisions.
- The intersection of constitutional law with social sciences and humanities.
This platform seeks engaging, thought-provoking, and analytical pieces rather than descriptive or opinion-based content.
Call for Submissions
The MUJ Law Blog invites students, researchers, professionals, and legal scholars to contribute original and analytical pieces that critically examine the Constitution’s response to modern legal and social challenges.
Submission Guidelines
✅ Nature of Submission
- Must focus on the intersection of constitutional law with humanities and social sciences.
- Should analyze Supreme Court or High Court decisions impacting Indian citizens.
- Opinion pieces, explainers, and how-to articles will not be accepted.
✅ Formatting Requirements
- Word Limit: 1,500–2,000 words (longer pieces may be published in parts).
- Title: Times New Roman, Size 14, Bold, ALL CAPS.
- Main Text: Times New Roman, Size 12, 1.5 Line Spacing.
- References: Only hyperlinked sources allowed (no footnotes).
✅ Co-Authorship
- Up to 2 authors per submission is allowed.
✅ File Format & Naming
- File Name: “Title of the Blog_MUJLawBlog”
- File Format: .doc/.docx
- A separate title page must include:
- Title of the article
- Full names of authors and institutional affiliations
- Acknowledgments (if any)
✅ Plagiarism & AI Restrictions
- Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
- Maximum similarity index: 10% (plagiarism and AI-generated content strictly prohibited).
- Cross-publication is not allowed.
✅ Copyright Policy
- Upon acceptance, the copyright vests with the MUJ Law Blog.
✅ Review Timeline
- The Editorial Board will respond within 15 days with an acceptance/rejection/modification request.
