- Senior Associate (1 position) – 3-5 years of experience in drafting & conveyance.
- Junior Associates (2 positions) – 1-2 years of experience in drafting & conveyance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting Senior and Junior Advocates
- Managing and arranging legal documentation
- Drafting agreements, deeds, contracts, letters, and notices
- Handling registration-related matters
- Client interactions and legal research
Eligibility Criteria
- LLB Graduate with 1-5 years of experience in drafting & conveyance.
- Familiarity with Calcutta’s registration & court processes is preferred.
- Candidates based in Kolkata will be given preference.
- Strong English communication skills and computer proficiency.
- Freshers with internship experience in real estate/property law or drafting & conveyance may apply.
Salary
