To provide comprehensive and in-depth knowledge on environmental law, NLC Pune’s Environment Cell invites original and unpublished chapters for publication in its upcoming ISBN-registered book, “Managing Green – II”.

“Panorama View of Environmental Law in India and Its Effectiveness”

2500-3000 words, including: Abstract: 300-500 words
Submission Guidelines
Original & Unpublished Work: Chapters must be original and free from plagiarism. (Plagiarism must not exceed 12%).
Formatting:
- Font: Times New Roman
- Size: 12 (Main Text), 10 (Footnotes)
- Line Spacing: 1.5 (Main Text), 1.0 (Footnotes)
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides
Citation Style: APA Referencing
Co-Authorship: Maximum of 2 authors allowed
Submission Format: Word document (.doc/.docx) only
Identification: Authors must provide full name, institutional affiliation, and designation
Copyright & Undertaking: - Authors must sign a copyright and undertaking form after acceptance.
- Copyright will be vested exclusively with BVDU-New Law College, Pune.
- Submitted work must not have been sent for consideration elsewhere.
