
About the Course
The Centre for Business and Commercial Laws is pleased to announce the 9th NLIU–Khaitan & Co. Certificate Course on Corporate Laws, one of its flagship academic–practice initiatives aimed at building a strong, practical understanding of general corporate law in India.
The course will be conducted from 16 January to 18 January 2026 and is designed to bridge doctrinal learning with real-world corporate practice through focused, practitioner-led sessions.
Institutional Collaboration
The course is conducted in collaboration with Khaitan & Co, one of India’s oldest and most reputed full-service law firms. Khaitan & Co. has consistently shaped corporate and transactional practice in India and advises leading domestic and international clients on complex, high-value mandates.
