The ADR Society of Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur is pleased to announce the 4th MNLU Nagpur National Commercial Mediation Competition, 2026, aimed at strengthening practical mediation and negotiation skills among law students.
Competition Structure

Preliminary Rounds: 07–08 February 2026 (Virtual)

Advanced Rounds: 28–29 March 2026 (On Campus – Tentative)
The competition provides a robust platform for engaging with commercial disputes through mediation, focusing on negotiation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Three members per team

One Mediator
-
One Client–Counsel pair

Preliminary rounds will be conducted online, followed by physical advanced rounds.
Registration Process
Provisional Registration
Universities may reserve a slot by filling out the provisional registration form:

Final Registration
Shortlisted universities must complete final registration with team-specific details. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the allotted slot.
