About the Role
The position involves working on FinTech regulatory matters alongside general commercial contracting work, including drafting, reviewing, and advising on agreements. The role requires strong regulatory understanding and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
• Advise on FinTech and financial regulatory matters
• Support compliance and regulatory advisory work
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams
• Assist in structuring and documentation of transactions
Ideal Candidate
• 1–3 years PQE with Tier 1 law firm experience
• Exposure to FinTech / financial regulation and/or contract law
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Ability to handle client interactions and manage assignments
• Commercially aware with attention to detail
