What the Role Involves

Advising on corporate and M&A transactions

Working on energy and infrastructure projects

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex transactional documentation

Supporting deal execution, structuring, and regulatory aspects

Working closely with partners and clients on strategic mandates
Ideal Candidate Profile

2–6 years of relevant PQE in corporate, M&A, energy, or infrastructure work

Strong drafting, analytical, and commercial skills

Ability to handle transactions with ownership and accountability
