HIMCAPES College of Law is a prominent institution dedicated to redefining legal education in Himachal Pradesh. About the 2nd INTER LAW COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2025
The Moot Court Society of HIMCAPES College of Law is organizing the 2nd Inter Law College/University Moot Court Competition, 2025, following the success of its inaugural edition. This national-level competition offers law students across India the opportunity to participate in rigorous legal debates and simulated courtroom proceedings, providing them with a platform to sharpen their advocacy skills and showcase their legal expertise.
Eligibility
The competition is open to:

Undergraduate students currently enrolled in a three-year LL.B. or five-year B.A. LL.B. program.

The institution must be recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI).

Multiple teams from the same institution can participate, but each team must register individually.
Location
The event will be held at HIMCAPES College of Law, located in:

Badhera, Tehsil Haroli, District Una, Himachal Pradesh – 177209.
Registration Fee

The registration fee is Rs. 5000/- per team.

The fee includes food and accommodation for the duration of the competition.

Note: Once paid, the registration fee is non-refundable.
