About the Organizers
Manipal Law School (MLS) is a constituent institute of Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Bengaluru, an Institution of Eminence (Deemed to be University). MAHE is ranked 4th in NIRF Rankings and accredited A++ by NAAC. Manipal Law School is approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
MLS focuses on modernizing legal education by providing students with a strong foundation in multidimensional legal systems, research, and advocacy skills.
About the Moot Court Competition
After a highly successful first edition, Manipal Law School, MAHE Bengaluru, proudly announces the 2nd Dr. TMA Pai International Technology Law Moot Court Competition, 2025.
With technology shaping the global legal landscape, this pioneering moot court aims to explore the intersection of law and technological advancements, encouraging students to engage in emerging issues in technology law.
Eligibility
- Open to all law students in India and abroad pursuing a 3-year or 5-year law degree (or an equivalent program).
- Each institution can nominate one team, consisting of two speakers and one researcher.

Registration Procedure
- Register online using the official link or QR code in the brochure.
- Complete the two-step verification by sending a confirmation email with team details to the provided email.
- Registration deadline: 20 March 2025.
- Memorandum submission deadline: 3 April 2025.

Fee Details
- Indian Teams: ₹4500 (₹750 per person/day, including food & accommodation)
- International Teams: $150 (USD) ($50 per person/day, including food & accommodation)

- Runner-Up: ₹50,000
- Best Researcher: ₹20,000
- Best Speaker (Female): ₹20,000
- Best Speaker (Male): ₹20,000
