About Faculty of Law: The Faculty of Law, PES University was established in the year 2017, under the able guidance of Hon’ble Founder and Chancellor, Dr. M.R Doreswamy, with a vision of establishing a global law school. It offers a five-year integrated BBA LL. B (Hons.) and BA LL.B (Hons.) program with specializations in the areas of corporate law, constitutional law, criminal law, and intellectual property law inter alia. The program has been innovatively designed to cater to the growing challenges and complexities of the dynamic legal environment.
About the Seminar: The Conference Committee invites law students, academicians, professionals, and research scholars from across the country to submit original, unpublished manuscripts, along with an abstract, for presentation in Séminaire Juridique to contribute to the discourse happening across two days, i.e, 26th and 27th of October, 2023

- Role of investment and trade law in public health sector
- Corporate Social Responsibility and climate change
- Regulation of investment by PSUs in securities markets
- Rise in investor state disputes in the digital age vis-a-vis commercial arbitration

The following awards shall be presented for each Theme:
1st Best Paper Presenter – ₹5000 and Certificate of merit
2nd Best Paper Presenter – ₹3000 and Certificate of merit
Certificate of participation shall be awarded to all the registered participants.
