About the Workshop

The third edition of National Criminal Trial Advocacy Workshop, a one of its kind programmes, shall be conducted online through virtual learning management system. It shall introduce the participants to the intricacies of a criminal trial. Participants would be introduced to the setting in motion of the criminal justice administration system followed with trial which shall finally culminate by the pronouncement of judgment. All of this by way of an emulation of actual trial court functioning. The participants would be assigned roles for the said purpose. The workshop shall be conducted by seasoned trial court practitioners and industry professionals.
