The Cell for Studies in Intellectual Property Rights (CSIPR) at NLIU, Bhopal, is an academic initiative aimed at fostering research and discourse in the field of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). The Cell seeks to engage students, researchers, academicians, and professionals through conferences, workshops, and scholarly publications, including its annual flagship publication, the NLIU IPR Law Journal. Through these initiatives, CSIPR endeavours to promote critical engagement with contemporary developments in intellectual property law.

About the Organisers
National Law Institute University, Bhopal, ranks among the oldest and most prestigious National Law Universities in India. About the Conference
The Conference will be held on 7th–8th March 2026 at NLIU, Bhopal. It aims to serve as a national academic forum to deliberate upon emerging and contemporary issues in intellectual property law in light of technological advancements, innovation-driven markets, and evolving regulatory frameworks.
The Conference will feature offline paper presentation sessions at NLIU, Bhopal.
Additionally, the Top 75 manuscripts received shall be selected for presentation at the Conference. All selected and presented papers will be considered for publication in an edited book bearing an ISBN number.

Submissions may be made by a single author or jointly by a maximum of two authors.
