The Centre for Alternate Dispute Resolution, ILNU is organising the 1st ILNU International Arbitration Competition in association with ICC International Court of Arbitration and ICC India from 7th to 9th May 2021.
We are delighted to release the Case Record for the competition. The teams shall have to submit a memorial (skeleton arguments) and present their arguments before the Arbitral Tribunal. The format of Competition and the problem are structured in a manner to help the students grasp the nuances of arbitration, its practical application and to give students an insight into the arbitration proceeding.
We are opening the final registration for the 1st ILNU International Arbitration Competition, 2021 in association with ICC International Court of Arbitration and ICC India. The last date for final registration is 26th April 2021. Interested institutions can register themselves by filling the google form provided herein:
