Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), New Law College, Pune’s Moot Court Society is delighted to announce the forthcoming 12th edition of the Justice P.N. Bhagwati International Moot Court Competition on Human Rights Law, scheduled from 21.03.2024 – 23.03.2024.

About the University: 

Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), established in 1964 by the visionary Dr. Patangrao Kadam, is renowned for its commitment to social transformation through dynamic education. About the Competition: 

The 12th Justice P.N. Bhagwati International Moot Court Competition on Human Rights Law pays tribute to the vision of (Late) Justice P.N. Bhagwati, former Chief Justice of India. Since its inception in 2011, the competition has gained global recognition, providing students with opportunities to delve into the complexities of International Human Rights Law and enhance their advocacy skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

The Competition is open to all students, enrolled bona-fide on a regular basis in an Undergraduate Law Course or its equivalent conducted by any recognized College/ Institution/ University.

Registration Fees: 

The registration fee is INR 5,000/- per Team for Indian Teams. All other Teams shall pay the sum amounting to INR 6500/- as registration fee.

Venue: 

12th Justice P.N. Bhagwati International Moot Court Competition on Human Rights Law, 2024 shall be held in an offline mode at lushful premises of the prestigious Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) Campus, Dhankawadi, Pune, Maharashtra – 411043 (INDIA) from March 21 to 23, 2024.

Accommodation, Food & Travel:

The registration fee covers both lodging and meals. Accommodation shall be available to all participating teams from 20.03.2024 – 24.03.2024
