School of Law, IMS Unison University, Dehradun invites you to participate in 12th IUU Moot Court Competition 2025. Over a decade ago, at the School of Law, IMS Unison University, Dehradun, we embarked on a mission to enrich legal education by providing real-world exposure to budding lawyers. Today, that vision continues to guide us as we persist in advancing the art of advocacy, legal drafting, and research. The competition is designed to sharpen your legal expertise, ignite meaningful discourse, and build lasting connections within the legal fraternity.

About the Event

The School of Law, IMS Unison University, Dehradun, proudly presents the 12th IUU National Moot Court Competition 2025, under the aegis of the Moot Court Society. Scheduled for 21st–22nd November 2025, this flagship event continues a distinguished tradition of nurturing advocacy, analytical reasoning, and intellectual excellence among future legal professionals. With the thought-provoking proposition centered on arbitration law and principles of natural justice, the 2025 edition invites participants to explore complex intersections of law, policy, and governance through a simulated courtroom experience. The competition aims to cultivate persuasive advocacy, precision in legal drafting, and respect for the rule of law — qualities essential to every aspiring jurist.

Under the guidance of the Moot Court Society, chaired by Dr. Amit Adlakha (Dean, School of Law), and convened by Mr. Ramendra Pratap Singh (Faculty Convener), along with Mr. Rahul Singh and Mr. Aniket Rai (Faculty Co-conveners), the event is set to host an inspiring blend of academic rigour, practical engagement, and collegial spirit.

This year’s competition promises prestigious awards and recognition, including cash prizes, certificates, and access to premier legal research platforms like SCC Online, thanks to the support of our valued partners and sponsors. Their contribution plays a vital role in empowering students to transform theoretical learning into courtroom-ready advocacy.

Event Dates: 21st – 22nd November 2025

Eligibility:

The competition is open to students pursuing three-year or five-year LL.B. degree programs and LL.M. students from recognized law universities or colleges across India.

Team Composition:

Each team shall comprise a maximum of three members: Two Speakers and One Researcher. All participants are mandatorily required to carry their University/College ID Cards during the competition.

Participation shall be confirmed through a two-step registration process:
