About the Conference
In collaboration with the Centre of Excellence for SDGs, the Environment Club is organizing a two-day international conference titled “Rising to the Climate Challenge: Action, Innovation and Resilience”. This hybrid event will bring together researchers, academics, policymakers, students, environmentalists, and industry experts to engage in meaningful discussions on climate-related challenges. The conference aims to foster knowledge exchange and collaboration on solutions to pressing environmental issues.

Submission Guidelines for Abstract

  • Abstracts should be 300 words or fewer and provide a clear overview of the research objectives, methodology, and key findings.

  • All submissions will undergo a rigorous review process for quality and relevance.

  • Accepted papers will have the opportunity for presentation or inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Submission Guidelines for Full Paper

  • Length: 3000-5000 words (15-20 pages).

  • Submit one hard copy (A4 sheet) and one soft copy (MS Word).

  • Use British spellings (e.g., ‘programme’, ‘organisation’, ‘behaviour’).

  • References should be listed at the end of the manuscript in alphabetical order.

  • Footnote format: First page should include designation, institution, email address (Font size 8, running).

  • Sub-parts to be serially numbered as (a), (b), (c), (i), (ii), etc.

  • Margins: 1-inch on all four sides.

Important Dates

  • 20th April 2025: Last date for submission of abstract

  • 24th April 2025: Notification of abstract acceptance

  • 30th April 2025: Full paper submission deadline

  • 10th May 2025: Notification of paper acceptance for publication
