Cups, Rooms, & Laws: Navigating the Legal Landscape of Hospitality
This 8-week course is tailored for hospitality professionals such as hoteliers, restaurant
owners, and event coordinators and students of law and management. It delves into
essential legal principles crucial for operating a compliant and successful hospitality
business. Through practical scenarios and real-world case studies, participants will explore
topics like liability, contracts, licensing, employee rights, and customer relations.
