The Centre for Alternate Dispute Resolution, ILNU is organising the 1st ILNU International Arbitration Competition in association with ICC International Court of Arbitration and ICC India from 7th to 9th May 2021.
A problem shall be released for the competition based on contemporary issues of Arbitration. The teams shall have to present their arguments to the Arbitral Tribunal. The format of Competition and the problem shall be structured in a manner to help the students grasp the nuances of arbitration, its practical application and to give students an insight into the arbitration proceeding.
We are opening the provisional registration for the 1st ILNU International Arbitration Competition, 2021 in association with ICC International Court of Arbitration and ICC India. The last date for provisional registration is 5th April 2021.
